I was missing my bubbly.

In this afternoon, during my facebook checks, pitchfork reviews and like always hearing my ITunes library, suddenly gave me a big desire to ear this album again. After my two weeks addiction with Oh Land, I never heard her again, and today I felt a big necessity to. And is what I'm doing at this moment, for the ones who don't know her, I really recommend this album.

Did you ever saw "500 hundred days of Summer"? Or "Yes man"? If you did, you probably know her.

Her name is Zooey Deschanel, known by her movie career, this girl also have a band. The project names She & Him, with all the songs written by Zoeey (She) and produced by M Ward (Him).

When there's talent, maturity and knowledge, the perfect song comes with the perfect video.

Erykah Badu, nowadays most influential jazz, soul and R&B singer had just released a new single from her last album "New Amerykah Part Two (Return of the Ankh)". The soul goddess had put to practice the maturity and experience gained in all this years of work. Totally deserves to be seen and I'm sure that you won't regret.
You can find the link below and see Badu’s latest work.

Pop is turning alternative.

Today we can see Pitchfork talking about the pop Queen's new album. The rename site of music, one of the most influential online magazines in the world, talks about the featuring between Beyoncé and André 3000.
It's not the first time that we see pop artists coming with alternative influences. Furthermore, the alternative bands are becoming more and more successful, selling more albums and receiving all the big music awards. Facing this reality, the pop singers see the alternative tracks as a good way to reach the top and at the same time, a good way to make high quality music instead of just plastic singles to sell.
The rappers whore the first giving up to alternative world, joining rename artist and big producers just like Kanye West did, making one of the most talked albums of 2010, considered the best by Pitchfork and with the collaboration of artists like Bon Iver.

Heartland VS A Swedish Love Story

Today I'm going to talk about the Canadian indie pop singer Owen Pallett. His a composer, vocalist, violinist and keyboardist.
In 2010 he released one LP (Heartland) and one EP (A Swedish Love Story), two great works. The "Heartland" is an intensity album, where we can drawn into his wicked style and be transported to an all different dimension. Perfect to play in an alternative place, to think, to wonder, to hear.
In "A Swedish Love Story" we can find him with a brand new energy, he bring us electric songs with a lot of little  effects and frenetic melodies.
I can't say which is my favorite, they are both perfects and able to let everyone addicted. Pallett was known by his past stage name "Final Fantasy", but he got to let this alter-ego behind when the creators of the game said that he couldn't use the name.
I'm sure you'll all love this amazing artist.

Big discography, big band, big new album.

Boris, the band with the longest discography ever, just added one more album to their big amount of works. This one comes with two cds. The first (Attention please), bring as some electro influences. The other (Heavy rocks), is the return to past albums. As we can see for the name, it's a little more heavy than the first one. Attention please has the best critics of this new project and truly deserves it.

There are something more wicked than French music?

The French music will always bring us that weirdness and class that we love. This is one perfect example. The singer Julien Doré had just send his newest single, and I bet that will be quickly to reach the France top.

The new mysterious band.

This new band is also a couple, formed by Brian Oblivion (guitar and vocal) and Madeline Follin (vocal). A new band from America which is surprising everyone all over the globe and letting us wishing a long relationship to this two great artists.

Lily Allen's indie clone.

Bat For Lashes (Natasha Khan), a singer with a small discography but a needfull one.

"Pala" the new album from Friendly Fires.

Well-known by their wicked style, the British alternative band got back to work with their newest album "Pala". Pitchfork gave them 7.4 points and they probably deserve it. It's already available in iTunes so what you’re waiting for?

What would happen if Dirty Projectors joined with Björk? The answer is this powerful project released in 2010. After a big work with Anthony and The Johnsons, the alternative goddess bring us more reasons to love her. And we send this love back letting her blown us away!
