Back to active.

So, I was thinking about starting blogging again. All the search process of indie and alternative music  was giving me some misses.
The first thing I thought was: “What will I publish?”. Almost one year have passed and so many good things had come over showing how great 2011 was in the world of music. Perhaps, the begin of 2012 is making me so blown away with this new projects, showing everyone that if in this year we are going to have the end of world, will not be at the music environment.
Trying to find some light to re-activate my blog, I went to pitchfork and the first article that caught my attention was the freshest single of Grimes.
At that moment I knew what to do.

Top 15 Indie Youth.

1# Laura Marling

The biggest phenomenon in nowadays folk music. With only 18 years old, Laura had released her first debut album (Alas, I Cannot Swim), which was nominated for the Mercury Music Prize. She had started in the band Noah and the Whale and was romantically linked with singer/guitarist Charlie Fink. Fink produced her album but the relationship ended and she stepped out from the band. The well-known folk band, Mumford and Sons whore Laura band, and John Mumford  became her new boyfriend.
Unfortunately this relatioship had ended too.
Magical lyrics and a maturity presence, are just two things that we can admire on Marling's talent. Probably we will hear a lot from this girl, once she have everything to be the greatest folk musician of our times.

Needless to say anything.
She is the Perfection, the Stage Rocker, the One. And only with 24 years old, this pretty girl from London is already one of the biggest names in alternative music along with her band "Machine".

Probably we are all dreaming and she really is just a dream. But the truth is that this 25 years old girl from Sweden is taking the world. With 3 albums released and some EPs, we can say that she's already an indie icon.

The Pitchfork sweaty and album of the year for sure, this American boy is on the front of the band Fleet Foxes. And don't get cheat by his look, because he may look like a forty year men but his only 25.

The electronic boy has came to win. This amazing artist with only 21 years old, is on the top of the European charts and becoming a huge talking theme.
He had just released his first debut album and will be probably one of the betters of 2011. A truly good musician to be followed.

How to classify something perfect?

Jamie Smith. The promissory British boy known by his work in The xx, his making his own work out from the band.
He had stud in the conceptualized Elliott School (the same where stud members from Hot Chip, Burial and Four Tet).
After a great work with Gill Scott-Heron, where he had produced the full album, and all his featuring with artists like Jack Peñate, Florence and the Machine, Adele and Glasser, the electronic boy had released his new single "Far Nearer".
Producing songs with dubstep style, it seems that we could see him and new artists like James Blake, Jamie Woon and Nicolas Jaar at the same room.

You can hear his new track below.

Causers of this VS Underneath the pine

Chazwick Bundick, the most talked hipster at the moment. In 2010 Bundick released his first album (Causers of this), one of the best albums of the year. With a chill wave style, is the best thing to play and enjoy. Each song is the continue of other, and that is one of the things which make me so addicted.
The second one (Underneath the pine), was released this year and received a great critic by Pitchfork. In my opinion is not so good as "COT", but is also a good album. In this project, the singer wanted to explore new instruments and grow as artist. That's why he was so blessed by music lovers.
My favorite song from him is below and it's just perfect. I'm sure everyone will like a lot.
